Q. How do I place an order online?

Ordering is easy and convenient! Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "checkout" for your order total. Once you have entered your shipping address, the shipping total will appear to the right of the "payment options" screen.

Orders can be placed online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Cards.


Q. Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?

Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order.


Q. How do I make changes or cancel an order?

Please verify your order confirmation immediately upon receipt to verify the details of your order. You may make changes or cancel your order as long as your order is not in processing and has not been delivered. We strongly suggest you speak with a customer care representative by emailing us at support@forthepamperedprincess.com as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges. If an order is in processing, no changes can be made.


Q. Do you charge restocking fees?

In order to receive a return authorization number for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will not charge a restocking fee on these returns.


Q.What if I received my order, but some items are damaged?

A.
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please contact our customer-care team at support@forthepamperedprincess.com at your earliest convenience, but no later than 7 days after the package was delivered. A customer-care specialist will help you file a claim with UPS if needed.


Q. Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We ship UPS and are required to have a physical street address for delivery.


Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

A.
Yes. However, we do not guarantee delivery times on these orders.


Q. Do you ship to Canada?

A.
Yes, we ship to Canada.


Q. Do you ship internationally?

A.
At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S., U.S. territories or Canada.


Q. How is shipping calculated?

A.
Shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of the items you selected and the shipping destination.


Q. What are your shipping options?

A.
We work with UPS and offer regular ground shipping. If you will require 3-day, 2-day or overnight delivery, please contact our customer service department at support@forthepamperedprincess.com for an expedited shipping rate before placing your order. Please keep in mind that any shipping option other than regular ground shipping incurs a premium shipping fee. Even if you choose to upgrade the shipping, regular order processing times still apply.


Q. Do you have a printed catalog?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a printed catalog. You can view our entire collection online.


Q. Are online transactions on your site secure?

A.
All the information you provide, including your credit card information, is secured using by Paypal.


Q. How do you use my contact information?

A.
We request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. We request your phone number to contact you in case we need to give you an order update. Rest assured, we never rent or sell your contact information.
